Living healthy is engaging in habits that improves the quality of life and also maintaining those healthy habits. So, in our life, we strive and work hard to live healthy life. We work so much for the present life but forget about life after death. These readings provide what it means living a healthy happy life now and hereafter.

Before our deaths, our physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing needs to be prepared before travelling one of the two roads that we are all new.

It will surprise us with many surprises, like when we were kids out in the open world with our parents experiencing what the world offers in our new young eyes. Isn’t that being stunning experience? We will experience henceforth life with many wonders or the bad astonishments.

Before you were born into this world: Have you thought of coming into an existence on the face of this earth? Did you know what you are going to do or eat? And many other questions of what we are doing now and facing in our daily lives.

The simple answer is: NO!

That is why unborn has no idea of coming into an existence on the face of this earth, but existing man has the idea of creating the idea into a new life. 

So, the unborn idea has no control over the idea of creating their world, but once the idea is manifested into physical existence, he gets the authority to create the idea of the next world.

If I had known the existence of life on this earth; I should have either accept it or decline it - during the idea of fertilization that took place in my mother’s womb.

So, what is the idea?

The idea in this discussion, we refer to LOVE.

The father and the mother, through the idea of intimacy LOVE has brought the idea into physical manifestation – a life is born.

Hence, the father and mother have control over the idea of creating a new life. The absolute power and control rest in their hands.

Before you die out from the face of this world: Do you know what exists on the another side of the dead man’s world? Do you know what you will do?

Simple answer is YES!

Now the living soul has an idea. He learns this idea from his own idea – the conviction from his soul, which forms the faith that further reinforce by the teaching of GOD’s words, and the Holy Spirit that dwells within us.


The Word of GOD in the Hold Bible says Heaven & Hell is real.

So, now our idea rationalizes itself to confirm that there are two places every death will face and that is Heaven & Hell.

The idea of creating the idea into physical manifestation was in control of man. So, the choice of choosing the two world before us (Heaven and Hell) rests in man’s choice.

Do you want to go into the coffin box with a peace of mind or with lots of sadness and headaches?


Death is a blessing because we will leave all the pains and sufferings of this world behind and enter a new world, which we have not seen, yet we have the idea of Heaven and Hell.

Before we enter the next chapter of our life; how do we farewell our children? Are they happy to send us off to rest?  Have we given them security that will sustain their lives? Do they have a place in this challenging economic, social and political environment? They deserve a better life to enjoy the glory of this world offers.

Two things will unfold here: You will be happy to go for a enteral rest, and leaving with a broken heart. 

Firstly, the happiness will fill your soul because you have lived a life worth living. This is after accomplishing so many things in this world. You will be happy because you have nurtured and supported the idea you have brought into this world that they can survive the
gravity of this world. After one has achieved the purpose of giving the idea a full life (education, investments, etc.), he feels he’s done, and happily wants to walk into the golden heavenly road with lots of songs in their hearts.

Heavenly rapture.
Truly, you deserve an everlasting peaceful rest (Heavenly rapture image#[i] ) in a golden home waiting in her glory.


Secondly, those who did not nurtured and supported their idea properly will find it uneasy to walk into the world of death. It will be a painful experience. Their minds will not be at peace.  You will walk head down into the coffin box. It will be a painful experience to depart from the loved ones. 

So, to avoid sadness while we are alive, we must strive to grow and nurture the idea that we have created. Then, you feel that you are done and needs to go into the world of death, but not yet...hold on, sir!

Sinners in pain in hell
The Heaven… or  Hell.
The Heaven and Hell are waiting to receive us. The Heaven and Hell is a choice of man. You want to choose the Heaven or Hell, it's all up to you.

But for me and my family, we have chosen Heaven as our home after life on earth, and we encourage ALL mankind to say YES to Heaven because life after the earth is everlasting.


In hell, life is ALL about everlasting pain and suffering. No one wants to feel pain, yes, no one! 

Heaven: It's all about happiness and living in GOD’s glory forever. Please, accept Jesus Christ as your personal Savior and say the following prayer.

Dear Heavenly Father God,

I am a SINNER and not worthy to call Your Holy Name. I am SORRY for ALL my SINS. Please FORGIVE all my SINS and give me a new life in Jesus Christ. I now accept Jesus Christ as my Lord and personal Savior.


I ask You to fill my heart with Your HOLY SPIRIT so that He can direct me to new a Holy Road.

Managing good & bad times mental health well-being.

Good & bad times - both happen for the well being of human lives.

ALL mankind is made of two things. Looking deeper into oneself, without going far, you realize two sides of life, the good ones and the bad ones.

You have a right hand that represent the good things in your life. You have the left hands that represent the bad things in your life.

So, you can also see it from the world around us too:

You have daylight represents the good things and darkness that represents the bad things.

Men are so proud of the good qualities about themself and down in bad times, both exist in our lives.

Many people want to live in the¼ light forever but do not like to live in the darkness. The people of great wisdom want to live in the darkness than daylight. Why? There is no school in the daylight but there is more school in the darkness. The darkness teaches us many things about our downfalls but not the daylight because it is all good.

The happiness of the daylight is the result of the sweats and pains of the darkness. The reason for the darkness -bad times is for the refinery process. The nature of life dose does not allow life to jump on a new page of life without been refined. The old page has its glories so like the new page, so, the old must fade away to open the new day.

Just recall your primary schooling days. You were only allowed to move to the next grade after you have passed the examination of the current grade, otherwise, you’re indeed a failure.

So, when you’re on top of the world, never forget the lowest of your world because that’s the reason for your happy days.

A Christian woman once said, “I want more problems”.

I didn’t realize what she was saying but now come to realize that more problem means more blessings.

The glories of this world are only added upon those who work hard and face the reality of life. Those who walk the easy pathway, run short of great wisdom and happiness.

Summary: Wisdom of life are found during the darkness of the night than the daylight. So, when you face the stormy of your life, respect the issues before you, accept them with all your heart, take time to walk through them with patience alone or with the help of professionals like a psychotherapist.

A living testimony of a millionaire dying from diabetes

Diabetes claimed the life of a millionaire.
This is a true-life story of a son of a subsistence farmer who worked tirelessly to save money and fulfill his dream of becoming a millionaire. However, in the pursuit of wealth, he neglected his health and ultimately fell victim to diabetes. He was unable to enjoy the fruits of his labor as it all disappeared into the darkness.

The mind of a dying diabetic patient is filled with regret and reflection.

"I put in so much effort to achieve my dream."

"I invested strategically and accomplished my goals."

"I took care of my family and helped others in need."

"I reached the pinnacle of success and became a millionaire."

"Now, I can confidently call myself a millionaire."

"I forgot about myself."

"I never invested in my own health."

"I only ate cheap food to save money."

"I didn't realize the importance of taking care of myself."

"I never traveled and enjoyed the rewards of my hard work."

"Just look at my amputated leg."

"I am disabled, a result of my own choices."

"I never imagined I would end up like this."

"Now, I am facing death in my own eyes."

"I am constantly battling with the weight of my impending death."

"Day and night, I'm consumed by thoughts of the money in my bank account."

"I never had the chance to fully enjoy the money I worked so hard to save."

"I should have traveled the world, embraced life, but it's too late for me."

"I was born with nothing, worked hard to save, but it has all been wasted."

"I have truly wasted my life and gained nothing."

The lesson to be learned from this story is that diabetes is one of the leading causes of death worldwide, and it is rapidly becoming a major health issue in Papua New Guinea. It is debilitating people and disrupting their families.

In present-day Papua New Guinea, there is an abundance of fresh produce and local food available at markets. People should focus on consuming food from these local sources rather than relying on processed foods high in sugar and salt.

Here are some steps that can be taken for prevention:

- Avoid adding sugar to foods and drinks
- Limit consumption of sugary drinks
- Eat more fresh fruits and vegetables
- Engage in daily exercise for at least 30 minutes
- Make sure to eat a balanced diet
- Include nuts, vegetables, and greens in your meals
- Drink plenty of water every day
- Reduce alcohol consumption

It is important to prioritize your health and well-being over the pursuit of material wealth. Take care of yourself to stay fit, strong, and healthy at all times.

Knowing the Tuberculosis Facts

What is TB
TB stands for tuberculosis and its caused by bacteria [(Mycobacterium tuberculosis)

How does TB spread from one person to another?

Following are two ways TB can be transmitted from one person to another.

Droplets
TB spread like flue droplets expelled by an infected person to a healthy person.

TB spread from frequent social contact with an infected person

Workplace
TB can spread in the workplace where workers are in an isolated environment. The frequent exposure and contact with an infected TB patient, the healthy person can get infected with TB.

Living in the same house
The family of an infected person are at a greater risk of TB infection because of the daily close contact.

A large number of people living together
In education institutions, prison camp, health facilities or places where lots of people live has high chances that TB can spread from an infected person to a healthy person.

Poor personal hygiene
TB spreads from droplets and if the infected TB patient practice poor personal hygiene can aid the spread of TB infection.

During intimacy relationship
There is a high chance of TB spread during intimate relationships with loved ones.

  • Continuous coughs for more than 14 days
  • Cough up blood & chest pain
  • Loss of weight 
  • Night sweating
  • Fever & Weakness
  • Dropping weight no other reasons
  • Not eating well
  • Lack of energy
How will you know your status?
The only way to clear from TB is through a TB test. So, see your doctor if you have some of the above symptoms.

How to lose weight fast.

There is no magic way to lose weight, and you do not need to read all the weight loss books or hire professional therapists to support you.


Is your weight putting your health at risk? Or, you want to keep your weight at a healthy range so that you are fit and healthy.

If yes!

Firstly, you must have the motivation to lose weight figure#. If you do not have the drive to reduce your weight to a healthy range, you will not achieve your dream.  Most people come halfway then fallout running to the finishing line.

The goal of losing weight needs your time; your commitment; your patience;  interest and all above a driving factor – motivation.

So, ask yourself!


What is your motivation to lose weight?

The number one motivational factor is to stay fit and healthy, which will have a direct impact on overall health conditions like diabetes, heart diseases, backaches, overweight, knee aches, and other medical illnesses (image f#2).

Now you have a solid ground to kick start the weight loss program. However, the decision to stay focused is most crucial. Once the decision has been reached, the commitment is of necessity so that you are not driven away from your line. 

If the motivation is driven by an external force, then you are unlikely to finish the line. You just read some articles, or your best friend is in running so you want to take the field with him/her. Remember! You are not living a copy-paste life, but living upon your principles and ethics.

If your weight is not touching your nervous ending, (I mean feeling pain), then, I am sorry, you are not in the race to lose your weight.

 Losing weight tips

Eating too much.
(1). Controlling the traffic.
A very simple step one can take is to control the traffic! Full STOP and the weight will come down.

What is traffic? Your mouth 
(imagef#1) is the traffic junction where ALL the foods go into your body.  If you can't control the gate by eating oversize foods, then, you are not on the road to losing weight.




Portion control
The number one step in controlling the traffic is ‘eating the right size than oversized’. If you can take portion control size meals daily, then you are on the right track to achieving your goal of losing weight (image#2). 

For example;

Portion control.Breakfast: 
Eat small during the morning.

Lunch: 
Eat light meals like fruits or nuts at lunch.

Dinner: 
Eat a portion control diet in the evening.

The reason for eating light meals like fruit, or vegetables, or nuts between breakfast, lunch and dinner is a weight loss game not going hungry. The trick of eating light meals is simply to prevent the temptation of eating an oversize diet.


(3). Allocate a time for exercise.
Engage in physical exercise. Do you have time? If yes, allocate yourself at least 60 minutes per day to burn off your weight in the field.

Exercise is the most powerful strategy to burn out your weight quickly. If you are fully committed to controlling the traffic, portion control meals and exercise, you are on the right track to achieving a positive result (image#3).

What type of exercise is good for weight loss? Any exercise therapy that suits you can help reduce your weight.

For example, fast walking exercise down the road for 60 minutes every day is still the super way to lose weight.

There is no particular exercise program that can help you lose weight. Whatever exercise program fits your conditions, engage in it. Do not follow others ways as your ways are not their ways

(4). Stop carbohydrate foods and drinks.
While you are on the weight loss program, you must stop taking in carbohydrate foods and drinks. Most of these foods
, and soft drinks (including beer)
will increase weight.  It is highly recommended you completely stop crabs.
