Managing good & bad times mental health well-being.

Good & bad times - both happen for the well being of human lives.

ALL mankind is made of two things. Looking deeper into oneself, without going far, you realize two sides of life, the good ones and the bad ones.

You have a right hand that represent the good things in your life. You have the left hands that represent the bad things in your life.

So, you can also see it from the world around us too:

You have daylight represents the good things and darkness that represents the bad things.

Men are so proud of the good qualities about themself and down in bad times, both exist in our lives.

Many people want to live in the¼ light forever but do not like to live in the darkness. The people of great wisdom want to live in the darkness than daylight. Why? There is no school in the daylight but there is more school in the darkness. The darkness teaches us many things about our downfalls but not the daylight because it is all good.

The happiness of the daylight is the result of the sweats and pains of the darkness. The reason for the darkness -bad times is for the refinery process. The nature of life dose does not allow life to jump on a new page of life without been refined. The old page has its glories so like the new page, so, the old must fade away to open the new day.

Just recall your primary schooling days. You were only allowed to move to the next grade after you have passed the examination of the current grade, otherwise, you’re indeed a failure.

So, when you’re on top of the world, never forget the lowest of your world because that’s the reason for your happy days.

A Christian woman once said, “I want more problems”.

I didn’t realize what she was saying but now come to realize that more problem means more blessings.

The glories of this world are only added upon those who work hard and face the reality of life. Those who walk the easy pathway, run short of great wisdom and happiness.

Summary: Wisdom of life are found during the darkness of the night than the daylight. So, when you face the stormy of your life, respect the issues before you, accept them with all your heart, take time to walk through them with patience alone or with the help of professionals like a psychotherapist.
